Ok i bought a ROF 0 and wanted to know if it ssuposed to sink with just a treble hook on it, with out it floats head up but when i put a hook on the bottom it sinks, should this happen?

Maybe you are using too large a hook? It should float, maybe you need to contact Huddleston or return the bait to where you bought it and exchange it.
