I'll get it done here sooner or later. The process is just wrapping up now. There was a little snafu with the paperwork (my fault) so it took longer.

On the pump replacement I learned that a Rule Hi-Flow Aerator pump can be replaced with a standard 500GPH rule bilge pump (the old style like shown in photos above). $31 for the cartridge and now it works fine.

Did some work with Lake on the boat and took it to Boatmasters for some more work this week. The engine was at 118 hours and needed the 100hr type stuff so we did or got done:

Gear case lube
Spark plugs
Fuel filter
Water impeller
New bushing where the motor swivels up and down (warranty)
New plastic cover on side of motor, it was broken (warranty)
Tightened a bunch of screws
Various lubrication/grease points
Add brake fluid to trailer

Had loads of fun when I got the wrong spark plugs from Boatmasters. I got the plugs for a regular 225 Optimax instead of the ProXS (miscommunication). Let me tell you, the engine does not run when it has the wrong plugs. So that was frustrating, but a good lesson to be very clear about parts.

Then you have to buy all the odds and ends like:

2 kill switches (didn't have one)
Trailer locking pin
Stick jackets for my rods
Prop wrench
Extension cord
Boat wax

Still need to get:

Spare keys
New trailer tie downs (1 is broken)

What else... I figured out the problem with the console graph. The problem is that you can't run the flasher and the console graph at the same time (duh). The transducers are mounted side-by-side in the hull and interfere with each other. Aren't boats cool? :)
