Their rods are very light but extremely strong and sensitive. They also manufacture a strong, nice looking gaff that floats. Capt. Barefoot designs baits and his new bait, called a Getzem, has created quite a buzz in North Carolina. It has been used to catch king mackeral, dolphin and stripers. I bought the offshore rods this summer and love them.
