1722, Need help on a tube rod holder

I've seen alot of people in tubes with rods behind them, and i was wondering if someone can help me out so i can put my rods somewhere, cause when i go i lay them across my balancer (the net part) and im tired of worrying about my rods falling in the water when i set the hook on a fish. So if anyone can help me out and tell me how to make it i'll apreciate it thx.
