how can i fix this.. When i reel it in it sswims sort of on it's side. please help. does this happe to ospreys often? Oh and how do i store my swimbaits?

You can insert a weight of some sort into the head or body of the bait itself to act as a counter balance and correct the rolling problem. People have talked about using "nail weights" but I'm not sure exactly what they are, I have used everything from mojo weights to actual nails or screws in mine. You will just need to experiment a little to find the right amount of weight.

If it's the flat back model you want to try and store it flat on it's back as much as possible, with the tail straight.

If your bait is warped or bent at all, boil it in water for 2 minutes and then lay it flat on its back. Submerge everything but the eyes. Ospreys will also role if you are fishing them too fast. They are ment to be fished slow just under the surface.
Trevor, nail weight look like large finishing nails only they are lead. They work great for balancing baits
